Listen Up is a national tour focused on providing women working in hospitality with stronger local action networks and the capacity to plug into a national movement.

In each city WiHU will work in collaboration with a diverse network of regional industry leaders and business partners to co-host our signature event, the Solution Sprint. The Solution Sprint is an effective and engaging tool developed to rapidly prototype ideas and initiatives with a focus on centering stakeholder voices and moving quickly from discussion to action.

Each Listen Up event will be built around developing our 2025 Hospitality Equity Goals, a blueprint to address the industry's most pressing issues, including those related to equity, health resources, economic mobility, the talent pipeline, and justice.

Attendees will be the women, non-binary individuals, and allies who have identified themselves as change agents and industry tastemakers. They are the leaders, front-line staff, volunteers, and do-ers who are fueling a reimagining of the hospitality industry

We are driven to create lasting impact. At the conclusion of the tour, WiHU, along with our strategic partners, will issue an industry-facing White Paper including a draft of the 2025 Hospitality Equity Goals.
