Nancy Pappas is a South Korean American Adoptee, illustrator, designer, and passionate world traveler. She spends most of her time illustrating, researching, and fearlessly taste-testing food all around the world. She has been featured in Cherry Bombe magazine and contributes to GRLSQUASH, Edible Queens, Supply Unica, and several other small publications. Her instagram, @nkpcreate, is an illustrated food journal documenting her international inspirations. Nancy is a Kansas City, Missouri transplant currently living in Brooklyn, New York.
